Hello there.

My name is Matteo Rinaldi

 

I am a PhD Candidate at Erasmus University Rotterdam.

My research interest is Media Psychology and Toxic Entertainment:  how hedonic (entertaining) messages and elements, and eudemonic (meaningful) messages work in synergy in toxic social media environments to persuade and deliver narratives, and how interventions through media literacy can change how audiences approach, decode, and negotiate such content.​
